 Hi, I am BlueSoleil version 6 user, according to BlueSoleil i have downloaded Bluesoleil 8 and installed but after installation it requires activation key, but bluesoleil has provided a good news that bluesoleil version 6 users has free access. That is not true it requires activation key.....plz help

Hi VISHAL, we promised all of our users can upgrade freely from version6 to version8 and from version5 to version7. The upgrade policy as follows:
1.If you bought a serial number or a dongle from our website at the outset,  you can have free access to the new version, you just need to do is simply download and install the software accordingly, activate it with your SN or dongle;
2.If you bought a dongle with a BlueSoleil software CD from one retailer, you should ask your retailer if the dongle including the license for activating new version first, if yes, you just need to insert your dongle, it will be activated.
You know, we are a software company, everybody can free download BlueSoleil software and sale with their hardware (dongle) after carved into a CD. We never send a CD of BlueSoleil included to our users. Or please right click the Bluetooth icon in your system tray --> My Equipment Attribute --> Hardware, send the device address to us. We’ll confirm that if the dongle is ours and if you are eligible fora free upgrade.

Hi FB, I have checked and found your BD address in our database. However, the system told me that your BD address is for BlueSoleil 7 but not BlueSoleil 6 or BlueSoleil 8. you can easily activate BlueSoleil 7.0.395.0 after plugging the dongle into your PC. Regards

 Hi , I had bought a dongle with installation CD a long time ago in Hungary , and I just realised I need a product upgrade to version8. I downloaded it , but keeps asking me to activate my upgrade with a serial number. Where can I find it ? ) I am living in another country now and there is no chance to contact my retailer . Can you help ? In the setup on the installation cd there are product code, and product version numbers but they do not work . also I have found  ProductVersion=2.6.0.8 Release 070517. I can send you the product codes and product version numbers as well. device address is: 00:11:67:00:00:00

hi,i got a usb-2.0 model and i got a software cd with it and it is for only 32bit os and instead if i try to install it in 64 bit it gives an error as error-5 and closes down how can i install it for 64 bit os model are there any updates if ther pls give the web site address.thank u.

Hi giri, you can try to free download and install BlueSoleil 8 to work with your usb-2.0 model. However, this software will be an evaluation version if you don't activate it with a serial number. You will receive a serial number after purchasing successfully on our website. Best Regards.

i bought the older version now this new version wants me to pay again why should i have to pay for software updates when i bought your device still have the software disc i feel like uninstalling this version and going back to my old version witch was full version all other sites that sell you software give you life time updates for free so why should anyone that comes here for updates pay of something they already bought from a shop with software im gong to blog this to everyone on Facebook

I bought new bluetoothdongle from dubai, Promate Bluemate.3.I got software cd with bluesoleil software.how can i activate it? it says registered  CSR.i've its serial number (12digit number)only.how can i register it

That means promate products are not registered.It has IVT chipset and they have their own website (www.promate.net) and everything.still they are not autherised products of IVT .is it?

i know this is not exactly the right place for my question, but i am seeing replies from BlueSoleil_Support here, maybe you are also able to help me or you will tell me how to get an answer from someone else...

i am an registered User of BlueSoleil Version 5.0.5.178
I purchased it on 2010-01-08 13:39:01. The Order ID was: BS2010010800118
I got a key, but i will not post it here ;-)

From one moment to another it turned to an evaluation copy (on my Windows 7 Ultimate / 64 Bit) and wont let me register any more, even after a new install.

This is the message i get:

 

"Please make sure the system registry or the BlueSoleil Installation folder is not read-only"


I got a solution from Microsoft solution center, so i visited your website and saw that it is free for me to use version 7.0.395.0
But i am not able to register this version with my bought key, i am told by the register dialog it is not a valid key...
Therefore i regret your help, what shall i do to get the older version 5.0.5.178 or the newer version 7.0.395.0 to work as registered version?

 I've tried installing it like 20 times.  Right after I pick installation folder(tried default and a ton of others), it says click next to begin installation.........click it......the program dissapears and nothing happens......help!
