Hi everybody.

I dont know how it all works but I can not even activate my email addres.

I bought "BlueSoleil 8" 1st of September and un til now I have not received anything on my email.

Of course many times I checked my spam.

 No good news for bluesoleil6 user.  i download ver. 8 to upgrde my ver 6.  when install ver. 8, it detects ver 6 as ver 8 & offer to remove it.  After removed, it stopped dead without proceeding to install ver 8.  Let me know some good news please.

 I hv tried this method. uninstall v6 & install v8 will no longer be free.  v8 will b on trial basis.

Hi, you just can use BlueSoleil on one computer. If you want to use BlueSoleil on another computer, there are two possible:1. insert your dongle, it will be activated if you bought a dongle from our website; 2. you need to sign in our website and clear activation record, then activate it with your serial number if you bought a serial number from our website. Thanks

You can download the 'free trial' but it works for about 5 seconds, not long enough to see if it will actually work with your devices. This site is a complete waste of time. I emailed their support and have not received a reply. I thought I would purchase the serial number to see if it will do what I need it to do, but there is no money back guarantee, and then I would be stuck with their crap software, and they would be stuck with my good money.

The popup box tells me I have 30 days and a 2 meg limit, then it turns off the Bluetooth, when I turn it back on the same thing happens. The email I sent from is from alexmoran dot com I'm trying to use a CSR Bluetooth headset as the speaker and microphone for my PC in all applications. I've tried on both Vista and Windows 7 with no luck. I have to either get this working by tomorrow or return for refund so I would appreciate a prompt response. Thanks!

 I purchased this product on July 20th, the order history shows "paid". 

Till today (July 24th) there was no serial number to be found anywhere. 

And the serial number retrieval tool claims the order number is not correct, even though it is copy-pasted from the website. 

 

I also wrote two inquiries which were unanswered so far. 

 

The product seems to do what is advertised  --  but it only works for some seconds untill the serial numer warning appears. 

This is really annoying. 

EDIT: Now I got my serial number. Product does what I expected, and functions properly on my Dell E6220 with a HS3000 headset.

Hello,

I've ordered this software and the payment was completed since the 07/16/2012 and we are the 07/22/2012 so where is my serial number please??? I've checked my email box every since the 07/16 and nothing from you! And in your "contract" it's clearly annouced that : "The serial number will be sent within 24 hours after payment completed".

So please do something !

Tested mobiles Samsung GT-S5220, H1 and SGH-D900i: With version 8.0.395.0 (Demoversion) no edit or display  of phonebook and messages possible. I have waited with downloading until this should be possible. My current version is v6.xxx.xxx. The mentoined mobiles aren't in the list of known mobiles. Also no success with PBAP access. I'm sorry about.
