Hi, sorry to tell you that BlueSoleil1.x/2.x/3.x were our history versions and we don't provide any technical support for years, it is not free for these versions to be upgraded to BlueSoleil 8. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi, if you could't receive an upgrade message, you can uninstall the old version and install BlueSoleil8 and activate it with your SN. Thank you.

Hi, I have checked your BD address in our database and the system told me that your BD address is for BlueSoleil 7 but not BlueSoleil 6 or BlueSoleil 8. you can  activate BlueSoleil 7.0.395.0 after plugging the dongle into your PC. If you have purchased IVT6.2.227.10 already, you can activate BlueSoleil 8 with the SN of  IVT6.2.227.10. Regards

YOU HAVE TO PAY THIS expensive UPGRADE !

They trick you in a forced upgrade !
DO NOT UNINSTALL your previous version !

Not even warning you before download of this EVALUATION period is a RACKET.

By the way the password checking do not warn you of its formating rules (min chars, no space, admitted chars...)
just keep trying...

Thanks for your answer, 

I just bought BlueSoleil 5.4.286.0 ... and YOU propose a FREE upgrade automatically
and systematically at each start.
The Menu About  send you automaticall to the last versions only.
So it is tricky :
- there is no archives of updates for the various versions ... is there any upgrade for version 5? to 6 etc...
- major version nr (5, 6 or 8) do not appear in the Window Title ... so when you just bought it...
- there was no warning of a trial version, nor why at installation : it warns you when starting it.

So i was fooled into an installation - uninstall - reinstall. 
But the product works fine and i'm happy with what i bought.

The prior versions such like BlueSoleil 1.x/2.x/3.x had not been maintained. We don’t provide any technical support for years, hope you can understand.

BlueSoleil 6 users have FREE access to the latest version: If you bought a serial number or a dongle from our website at the outset, now you can have free access to the latest version, you just need to do is simply download and install the software accordingly, activate it with your SN or dongle;

End users who purchased Serial Number of BlueSoleil 8 will automatically become BlueSoleil Club member, are eligible for free upgrade of BlueSoleil 8.x series PERMANENTLY. Thank you!
