Hi,

 

Just bought bluesoleil 8.0.395.0 but when i go to : http://bluesoleil.com/download ihave a error message :

Directory Listing Denied

This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.

 

Therefore I can't download the software. What can I do ?

I have buyed BlueSoleil 6.4.289.0 in January 2010 for 19.95 and I have updatet very often. Now I have the latest version and I never had problems with it and I have never payed again.

So in other words all the text about free download blah blah blah is just a heap of misleading BS.  Its NOT free - it will cost US$27.95 unless you have SN. Yes you can download the upgrade, BUT you can only use it for 30 days and at reduced downloads.  Trying be upfront scumbags. It was bad enough that your old software actually caused the problem I was fixing tonight and I binned the CD.  The dongle, it appears doesnt activate it.  Given my experiences ( the demo version cant even load properly) there is NO WAY I will be paying for this software as I have seen any evidence that it works on Windows 7 (64bit) yet.

Dear swamy, if you bought a serial number or a dongle from our website at the outset, you just need to download and install BlueSoleil8, activate it with your SN or dongle; if you bought a dongle with a BlueSoleil6 software CD from other place, you should ask your vendor if the dongle including the license for activating version8 first, if yes, you just need to insert your dongle, BlueSoleil8 will be activated. Thanks

1. If you bought Bluesoleil6 software from our website at the outset, now you can install and activate version8 with the same serial number of version6;
2. If you bought a dongle from our website, you just need to download and install Bluesoleil8, then insert your dongle, it will be activated, just like activating version6, not need a activation key. Because the dongle including the license for activating version8.
3. If you bought a dongle with a Bluesoleil6 software CD from other place, you should ask your supplier clear if the dongle support to activate our new version firstly.

I  had been running bluesoleil 6 for a long time before recently upgrading to 8. After a while the application began asking for a serial key, or to purchase. I no longer have the cd that came with the dongle and I never had to enter a serial number to get it working.

 I sure am glad I wasted my money buying this crap product. Compatible with Windows 7 my arse. Maybe if the planets are aligned correctly it might pretend that it is working.

Microsoft sent me to this site for a BSOD problem with your product. I purchased your product from Microcenter, a retail outlet. The purchase price was under $10.

If I am correct, you are asking me to pay you $27.99 and I may (or may not) have a solution to my problem. I don't think any reasonable person would do this. My BS meter is off the scale.

Do you provide a no cost solution to this problem or should I find another Bluetooth manufacturer's solution?
