Hi, i had  purchased  bluetooth dongy with "BlueSoleil 6" version cd which is not working in my pc i got a pop up to upgrade it to "BlueSoleil 8". after upgradation its now asking me for a code but i didn't get any code with the "BlueSoleil 8" download. plzzzz help i'm facing a lot of problem

Dear, Thanks for choosing BlueSoleil.
We promised all of our users can upgrade freely from version6 to version8. The upgrade policy as follows:
1. If you bought Bluesoleil6 software from our website at the outset, now you can install and activate version8 with the same serial number of version6;
2. If you bought a dongle from our website, you just need to download and install Bluesoleil8, then insert your dongle, it will be activated, just like activating version6, not need a activation key. Because the dongle including the license for activating version8.
3. If you bought a dongle with a Bluesoleil6 software CD from other place, you should ask your supplier clear if the dongle support to activate our new version firstly.
