I bought BlueSoleil 6. What can I do to update BlueSoleil 10?

 Dear Client:

If you have bought BlueSoelil 6, you are free to upgrade your BlueSoelil version6 to version 10. 

Please uninstall the old version from your computer and download the version 10, then reinstall it. 

please reactivate it with the serial number of the version6.

please contact us with the email address support@bluesoleil.com if you have any problem.

Can't get bluesoleil 10 to connect my wiimote. It keeps asking for a passkey. and leaving it blank, entering zeros, and clicking cancel do not work.

Gives "This device does not allow pairing." errors.

bluesoleil 8.x did not have this problem. It just connects without asking for a passkey.

Get name and connect work. The problem is with searching for device services and connect human interface device.

BlueSoleil 10 doesn't work with Wiimote. It asks for a passkey and Wiimote doesn't need passkey.

BlueSoleil 8 worked properly. The problem is that I am using Windows 8 and I need BlueSoleil 10. I paid for it and now I can't use it.

I sent a support request some days ago but they haven't answer me  =(

 This is my third time writing in and my issue is that I've downloaded the software again, but it still doesn't detect any services for my Wii Remote.  What I'd like to know is whether or not the company is going to offer a solution and/or software update or if ANYONE has had any success connecting their own Wii Remote to their computer?

 Yes I have connect my wii remote and the software detects it however it does not detect any services available for the wii remote.  Therefore, I can not use it to perform any functions on my computer.

all you have to do is when the DL page is there just click the download button near the file discription at the top of the page (has an arrow moving) not the download button at the bottom of the page

Dear Client:

1. If you bought a serial number or a dongle from our website at the outset, now you can have free access to the latest version, you just need to do is simply download and install the software accordingly, activate it with your SN or dongle;

2. If you bought a dongle with a BlueSoleil6\8 software CD from one retailer, you should ask your retailer if the dongle including the license for activating version8/10 first, if yes, you just need to insert your dongle, BlueSoleil8\10 will be activated.

You said your dongle was bought from our website, please send us your OrderID to store@bluesoleil.com, we will check it for you.

I upgraded to BlueSoleil  10.0.417.0. But under Help Activation key is greyed. What must I do to activate my copy?

Dear Client:

If you just upgraded your BlueSoleil but not reinstalled it, it no need to reactivated BlueSoelil.

Or you can Display Classic View--Help--About BlueSoelil, you will see a pop-up of BlueSoelil, if you can't see a reminder which say "Evaluation Copy(2MB data Only)" on the pop-up, your BlueSoelil has been activated.

If you still have problem, please elalorate on it and send it to support@bluesoleil.com.

I have already emailed twice but got no response.

I cannot seem to delete any messages in the "Bluetooth Messages" folder, everything else works fine.

This did not happen in Bluesoleil 8 by the way.

i have tried but , the "display classic view" cannot be opened at all.i understand that once i can open the DISPLAY CLASSIC VIEW, i can go to HELP-->ACTIVATE BLUSOLEIL-->ENTER THE SERIAL NO.

 Please open the classical UI from bluesoleil try menu at the right bottom of your desktop, you can get the activate menu item from help menu item.  I would like to share more details if you cannnot activate BlueSoleil with this information.

Hi.

This posting sequence seems to have been made in September 2012.  It is now March 23, 2013 and I have the same ASUS adapter and would like to use it with my Bluesoleil software.  Has this device been supported yet?  If not, what is the workaround?
