I was using Bluesoleil version 6 and decided to take advantage of the free upgrade to 8. The setup program of version 8 uninstalled version 6 then installed 8. It went through without problems. Now version 8 won't run without a serial number. What part of "free upgrade" don't I understand?

Dear all, we promised all of our users can upgrade freely from version6 to version8. The upgrade policy as follows:
1.If you bought a serial number or a dongle from our website at the outset, you can have free access to the latest version, you just need to do is simply download and install the software accordingly, activate it with your SN or dongle;
2.If you bought a dongle with a BlueSoleil6 software CD from one retailer, you should ask your retailer if the dongle including the license for activating version8 first, if yes, you just need to insert your dongle, BlueSoleil8 will be activated. Thanks

Same here.... uninstalled the older version and installed 8. It is prompting for serial number to activate.. How come it is a FREE upgrade ??

Hello Support!
Your website screems FREE UPGRADE TO BLUESOLEIL 8 for BlueSoleil 6 owners. That seams to be totally misleading and false! Free download of a Trial version is NOT the same as free upgrade and anybody can download it not just BlueSoleil 6 owners.
Can you please clarify and rectify or explain this to your customers??

I want to connect internet via android mobile to my pc. Whats the procedure? Please tell me the full step.
Previously, when i was using nokia mobile, it was working absolutely fine by using dial-up modem. It's not happen same with android mobile.
You website is showing Bluesoleil version 8 is free. But when i installed that file, its asking for 30 days and 2mb files can be transferred.
Please help me with this queries.

Dear Sonu, you know, BlueSoleil is a pay-for software, you can free download and use it with trial version. But you need to buy a serial number to activate it on our website if you want to use its full function.
Start BlueSoleil, search devices, if you find your mobile, right click it, search service, if you find Bluetooth dial-up service, connect it. It will be fine. Or you can open BlueSoleil interface, press F1, there is a help documents for your reference. Thank you

Your software ain't that good, and besides I'll find it free somewhere on the interent, charge a decent price and more people will pay for it rather than search it out for free.........

I have a receipt from you all saying I've paid for the software. I have a serial number for the software. It keeps taking me back to purchase it again. I really think I should only have to pay for it once in order to download it. Can someone please help me?

I love Updating Drivers - BUT HATE Driver Dective - It needa to be licenced to get said drivers - but where or how can one obtain registration - I do not have paypal or bank cards - so payment is not so squeezy for me.

Will BlueSoteil improve the update system some time soon?
At preaent each time there is a version undate we need to uninstall the one we have running then install the new one.
Most softwear can upgrade without the need to uninstall a perfectly good working programe.

I have the version 6.05.85.20070815 mini bluetooth usb dongle BDNC100 with the S / N's, I did upgrade to 8 by downloading the file below IVT_BlueSoleil_8.0.395.0.zip I install works for a while and asks the S / N which is not accepts.
What should I do to activate it; it refers to the transfer from 6 to 8 are free because we have the S / N.
