I purcahses a bluetooth dongle with the following setup details. I upgraded to BS 8. 0 version from version 6.0 as you
can see below.
Please send me a serial number for version 8.0 ASAP.
I have been trying to activate this for long and I should have had this free as per you site.

This is NOT acceptable.
I bought my dongle and version 6.0 software in a CD from Amazon and I did not get a serial number. I am not sure if there is a serial number somewhere in the (mini) CD that accompanied the dongle. You are responsible for the quality of all of your products. The product description clearly stated that the dongle would work for Windows 7.0 , well it does not. Everytime I try to install it it gives me installation error 183 and rolls back installation. Even installing the X6.4 patch that accompanies the CD does not help. The readme
text file is in Chinese!
Version 8.0 works with Windows 7.0 but it will not allow me to pair devices b/c it is evaluation version.
I am just asking you to stick to your promise of providing a customer with a dongle that works for windows 7. Please provide me with
a serial number or let me know how to install your software version 6.0 for Windows 7.0 Professional w/o the 183 error.

We also promised all of our users can upgrade freely from version6 to version8. The upgrade policy as follows:
1.If you bought a serial number or a dongle from our website at the outset, you can have free access to the latest version, you just need to do is simply download and install the software accordingly, activate it with your SN or dongle;
2.If you bought a dongle with a BlueSoleil6 software CD from one retailer, you should ask your retailer if the dongle including the license for activating version8 first, if yes, you just need to insert your dongle, BlueSoleil8 will be activated.

When I run the "setup" application, it tells me I have chosen to remove the program. When I press "back" it just has a "next" which takes me right back to "remove", an inactive "Back" and a "cancel", which takes me out of install.

what if you purchased your product before windows 7,you would not ask about upgrades when you buy off the shelves you expect the company to keep you up to date!!!!!!!.i am a bit anoyed that i will have room full of your dongles

We are a software corporation, everybody can free download BlueSoleil software and sale with their dongles after carved into a CD. We never send a CD of BlueSoleil to our users, so you should contact your retailer. Please ask them if their dongles including the license for activating BlueSoleil first, if yes, you just need to insert your dongle, BlueSoleil will be activated. Thanks

I purchased bluesoleil 8.0.395.0 and got the serial no. Today, and bluetooth link report is successful. However I can't link my Nintendo Wiimote plus RVL-360. I read from instruction document, bluesoleil 8.0.395.0 works flawlessly on any Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 platform, but when I start my bluesoleil the icon "Search Devices" is unworkable..., Please help me..., My platform is Windows 7. when I double clik the orange icon, the searching device can't work, and my device is shown unavailable as the following Fig. Has a Cross x shown.

I tried many times, I found the Bluesoleil program will turn off my bluetooth service every time, the bluetooth service can work well when I use it in windows7 as the following Fig. I am very confused, would you please help....
