Hi,
the software doesn't open in my pc with Windows 7 X64.
i've bought Bluesoleil 8.0.395 .
I've downloaded the software here and i've activated it whit the SN you sent me.
but the icon of the bluetooth is grey and id doesn't turn on. also bluesoleil interfaces doesn't open..
I really need your help

Hi, thank you for choosing BlueSoleil and sorry for your situation, maybe you should uninstall and reinstall BlueSoleil.
Bluetooth icon is grey shows that your BlueSoleil has not been started, there are 4 possibilities for your reference:
1.You didn't insert a Bluetooth Adapter; please make sure you are using a dongle or CF card.
2.Your dongle was not inserted properly, please un-plug it and then re-plug it to have a try.
3.BlueSoleil was not installed properly. Please make sure that you didn't install the driver from Microsoft and reinstall BlueSoleil.
4.Your OS doesn’t recognize your Bluetooth Adapter, neither does BlueSoleil. You can change another adapter and retry to make your PC recognize it first.

ive just bought a usb dongle from ebay and it came with a cd that doesnot work with windows 7 64bit,

I purchase dongle in Shanghai, made by Samzhe, product was HK-998. I need to install driver but I realize their installation cd only contains BlueSoleil 6 32bit version and I am using Windows 7 64bit. I cannot find 64bit - Bluesoleil 6
Q1) Where can I get Bluesoleil 6 for Windows 7 64bit?
Q2) If I have to use Bluesoleil 8, Do I need to pay AGAIN for activate even I pay for dongle?

Hi, sorry to tell you that BlueSoleil 6 can't support Windows 7 64bit very well, and it is no longer available for download. You can download BlueSoleil 8, it works fine on Windows 7 64bit.
We promised all of our BlueSoleil 6 users have FREE access to the latest version, our upgrade policy is as follows:
1. If you bought a serial number or a dongle from our website at the outset, now you can have free access to the latest version, you just need to do is simply download and install the software accordingly, activate it with your SN or dongle;
2. If you bought a dongle with a BlueSoleil6 software CD from other place, you should ask your retailer if the dongle including the license for activating version8 first, if yes, BlueSoleil8 will be activated after inserting your dongle into your PC.
You know, we are a software company, everybody can free download BlueSoleil software and sale with their hardware (dongle) after carved into a CD. We never send a BlueSoleil CD to our users.
End users who purchased Serial Number of BlueSoleil 8 will automatically become BlueSoleil Club member, are eligible for free upgrade of BlueSoleil 8.x series PERMANENTLY. Thank you!

I am sick and tired of Blue Soleil software, when I want to just download updates they try to sell me a complete updating software package for my computer when all I want is bluetooth updates. Now I am trying to download a 'free update' and it steers me to a promotion for an update costing $27.99. I am not impressed with Blue Soleil. How come it is a free update for version 6 users and not version 7, and I have version 5, is my update free? I find your website very misleading and frankly I do not trust Blue Soleil.

I have BlueSoleil 2.7.0.35 VOIP Release 080317 Stack Version 06.05.85.20070815. I'm
not sure whether or not this entitles me to a free upgrade. However when i tried it,
it says
Welcome to the InstallShield Wizard for BlueSoleil 8.0.395.0 The InstallShield
Wizard will allow you to modify, repair or remove BlueSoleil 8.0.395.0. To continue,
click next.
When I do it says
You have chosen to remove the program from your system. Click remove to remove
BlueSoleil 8.0.395.0 from your computer. After removal, this program will no longer
be available for use.
How may I install it please? It's not yet installed, so I presume I can't remove it!

Hi, as you have installed old BlueSoleil version, so you have to uninstall it before install new version. Now you just need to click remove and install BlueSoleil 8 as the instructions.
