Hi,

I have received vers.5 with the purchase of a Gembird Usb Bluetooth V.2.1 Dongle. So ,how can I have FREE access to BlueSoleil 9.2.464.0. ?

I was registered but forgot my Password and what E-Mail I used.

Can you help me ?

ok, took me a few tries of uninstalling old blue tooth drivers and such.  Finally got evaluation version 9 working with motorola s305 headset and a generic bluetooth dongle.

I've setup blue 9.0 (of course bought license).

Doesn't  start..

If I restart my windows 7. I couldn't see login window that why windows do not work. I can't do anything.....

Give me Blue 8.0 license and take my 9.0 license.

Easy Anton, I was just about to log off after dropping my review off above yours and saw you're trying to get yer serial sorted.  Go here http://www.bluesoleil.com/member/FindSN.aspx  and just follow the instructional vibes.  There's several ways of recovering the serial, one of them will get you there amigo.  When you get your new software up and running make a note somewhere away from your computer of the serial and remember where you put it should ever need it again.  You should do that with every serial and license and key code you get for your system, then you're sorted if you get any issues.

Very highly rated piece of software for use with my Bluetooth dongle gadget.

For those of you who are bemoaning paying a few dollars for this software, pulls your heads, wind your necks and get it paid for, it is so worth the money, and you get constant free upgrades to your software anyway, just keep hold of your original license key and you can re-use it again and again with each free upgrade.

When I get my All-In-One touchscreen thingy in January I shall be buying the latest version of Bluesoleil and be paying for it and not moaning about a single penny because this software in all it's versions has proven to be fast reliable and very effective at everything it promises to do.

Exceptional value for money, superb customer service too by the way, i forgot to mention those guys, I had a software glitch about 7mths ago and within 2 mins was wholly resolved, I did promise to thank her on here, so here you are, can't recall your name, but thank you lady.

For all you getting new systems for your xmas's, buy yourself this software and you'll be way happy with all your gadgets talking to each other through Bluesoleil.  I use Bluetooth and NFC side by side and each one is superb, ably supported by the Sony software vibes too.

I have been having trouble with sloooooow internet. Figured out that BlueSoleil 6 is GPRS (2G) connection and all of the cell towers are upgrading to 3G & 4G. I hope this version supports the faster, newer towers. All I see are complaints, so wish me luck!!!

i have a crypto bt-100 that was came with a cd bluesoleil program and drivers. i lost this cd and i can't reinstall the hardware.....please help me....

I downloaded the recent BlueSoleil version 9.2.453.0 for use with my CSR Bluetooth 2.0 USB dongle (originally shipped with BlueSoleil 5). But this version says it is a trial with 2 MB limitation :-(

Good luck, I saved my elder version 9.2.417.0, so I could do a downgrade - and it is working again.

But why is the new version not working correctly???

Bluesoleil 9 will let me connect the wiiremote but does not accept information about the wiiremote moving and does not recognize the nunchuk, i bought version 9 but version 8 works better, is there any way that I can downgrade? The serial does not work with version 8. Thank you.

I always connect my wiimote without passkey or password, now with the last update of bluesoleil it ask me for the passkey, is no way to know the passkey for connecting the wiimote.

I've loose the automatic connexion to my bluetooth mouse after boot, with the 9.2.417.0 release. So, i come back to the 8 ver, who works fine. But if you have the method to keep the automatic connect with the 9.2 release, i'm interested ...

Unfortunetely, it is not the first time this bug happens with Blusoleil releases...You have to test this systematically before you lauch a release. For customers, loss of time : desinstall the older, install the new, after test 2 ou 3 boots without effect, desinstall the new, and réinstall the older...Boring isn't it ? And when you use Blusoleil only for bluetooth mouse, what interest for releases ?

Hello,
i am an registered User of BlueSoleil Version 5.0.5.178
I  purchased it on 2010-01-08 13:39:01. The Order ID was: BS2010010800118
I got a key, but i will not post it here ;-)

From one moment to another it turned to an evaluation copy (on my Windows 7 Ultimate / 64 Bit) and wont let me register any more, even after a new install.

This is the message i get:

 

"Please make sure the system registry or the BlueSoleil Installation folder is not read-only"

 
I got a solution from Microsoft solution center, so i visited your website and saw that it is free for me to use version 7.0.395.0
But i am not able to register this version with my bought key, i am told by the register dialog it is not a valid key...
Therefore i regret your help, what shall i do to get the older version 5.0.5.178 or the newer version 7.0.395.0 to work as registered version?

i cann't seem to activate it on newer v9 version (but it advertised to work with registed v5 version....)
i got a license key for v5 from the same period (specifically: 13-march-2008 via paypal)...
