I purchased a 2-in-1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Dongle USB Adapter which came with your software CD.  Since I have Windows 7/64, I downloaded and installed your BlueSoleil 8 upgrade.  The system does not recongnize the new dongle and your check program says it is not compatible.  What is the solution?

We are afraid to tell you that your pid and vid hasn't been in our support list, we have added it in our next version to meet your request, and when released, we will inform you as soon as possbile.

Or we would offer you a test version to start your bluetooth,so which do you prefer? please tell us.

We need first check whether your PID and VID  has been in our support list. Just follow this to find and send it to us.

Right click My computer->Manage-> Device Manager->Bluetooth USB->Right click CSR Bluetooth Device(i take my dongle Ex.)->Properties->Details->Hardware Ids-> then you'll find the Pid and Vid.

I bought version 6 in june now , I have to buy version 8 ?.... could some one explain please????

I use v6 also.  If you read the first paragraph it says v8 is free to v6 owners.  Just use the same licensing info. Seems to work for me.

I have ultra-slim bluetooth usb-dongle sience 2008 y. and work with on Internet accross my Nokia mobile E-50 (GPRS/EDGE) without cables. Its grate ! Wonderfull !!   I used BlueSoleil v6. & v7.  I shall write  later.

please purchase bluesoleil 8 serial number or if you have bluesoleil 6 serial number, please activate bluesoleil 8 with it

Hi!

I cannot download the file : when i'm trying to download it, i get the following message:

'Sorry, the page you requested is not responding correctly! The system will automatically return to the homepage in x seconds.'

 Your 8 accumulate point is enough for your to download the second time, so please just try again.

i bought a bluetooth 3.2.2.8 fortunately i 'm able to intall it, not until i made an upgrade of my computer now it limits me to use up to 5MB data only. somewhere its asking me to resolve the issue by submitting its license #, but where in the package i can see it. please help.

this is not what i eccept fro the bluesoile

even i have their produckt that i paid for it i can not update it easy

they want me and other custommers to play on their web page to be aloved to download update for the product we have allready pay for it

never buy again their product

BlueSoleil 8 works flawlessly on any Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 platforms.

I bought v.6 but can't install this new version. The program begins to go through the installation process, and then it says I've chosen to REMOVE v.8.0.338.0! That's the only choice I'm given: I can either "remove" a version I haven't even installed yet, or just cancel the install...which is what I did.

Guess I'll stick with v.6. It works.

I'd like to say only that BlueSoleil should make it clear that there must be a MANUAL uninstall of a previous version before a newer version can be installed.

However, thanks again, and I appreciate your getting back to me. Program (v.6) has been working excellently.

Please first check the bluesoleil version from the control panel,  and uninstall it, then select ver.8 package to install.
