 Hi,

I have bought a Bluesoleil  'Bluemate.3'  yesterday in Dubai. It said that i don't have the latest software and that i can download it from your website. Now it tells me that it is only a evaluation product and i have to buy the full version. I feel this is not right as I have only got this yesterday. Surely I should be able to get the latest software with my product. Can you please advise me waht to do.

Hi,

Just to inform IVT that they're breaking UK law.

On the webpage that pops up after one has registered for an account on this website there is an image with the BlueSoleil 8 logo and then "Free Download" written underneath. When one clicks this Free Download button it takes them to this page. Stating that BlueSoleil 8 is only 'reduced' and therefore not free. This is what the Office of Fair Trading would call a misleading advert.

Second point: Is there a way to get the bluesoleil voip in version 3 to work with Google Talk/other services apart from Skype?

 tengo bluesoleil version v2.0 creo que el driver es dongle pero se instala solo en modo evaluacion compre el cd y aun sigue en modo evaluacion

Good Day,

I purchased the IVT bluetooth Dongle from SmartBuy - Jordan on 23 Oct 2010 with Bluesoleil 5.0.5.178 software, and installed on core i7 with Win7 Home Premium 64bit, it worked fine with A4TECH blue tooth mouse, but could not connect any Nokia or LG phone unless disconnecting the mouse then connecting the phone then reconnect ingthe mouse again.

Ok it is working but I would prefer to connect my phone while the mouse is connected, so I thought that my software is OLD (2007) version 5.0.5.178 for Win7 64bit,

My question is do I need to update or the problem can be solved another way without updating?

When I start my computer a messege comes automatically saying that a new version is availble (BlueSoleil 8.0.338.0), but update to this version is only allowed for version 6, while I have version 5 ??

Can you advice please?

BlueSoleil 5 users can free upgrade to BlueSoleil 7 which  is also ready and available for all users now, maybe you can use BlueSoleil 7 have a try.

Hello. I have recently acquired a bluetooth adapter ( I wont give the name for publicity reasons) and it came with BlueSoleil software. Unfortunately the software is out of date as I think its a bit older and so I was wondering if I'm eligible to get a free update for my software without the need of paying for it. When I've clicked  the "Check for Update'' option it has sent me onto this page where I have infact observed that there is a new version available, only by payment.

Any response would be apreciated.
