I bought a blue tooth dongle with a software disk included but it won't work. Tech support say I can't use it with windows 7. They say too bad for me. I feel ripped off. They sell you this junk and then don't support it. Anyone buying this blue soleil USB kit is getting ripped off. You buy it , then they want to charge you twice what you already paid to make it work.
I want someone to give me the drivers needed for what I paid for.

If you're looking for a blue tooth dongle that works with a software disk, trap the cat you might be out of luck. Most blue tooth dongles do not work with software disks, and you'll likely have to purchase one in order to use it. However, la times crossword if you have an older computer that still has a software disk in it, you can use that to connect to your blue tooth dongle.

Hy moon i am also faceing same problem but when i install old version 2.0 bluetooth software of ivt corporation it starts working old software has less features but it works please help me also read my comment.

The program does configure with windows 7 I just put it on my computer successfully. You need to go into the bluetooth device menu found in add a device or printer menu (control panel) then look for bluetooth menu and enable the bluetooth enumerator. That will turn on the blue tooth on the computer.

 I have bought the BlueSoleil Micro USB Bluetooth Adaptor V2.1 (10m) and am having serious problems getting it to work. I have used the micro cd in the packaging to installed and uninstalled 3 times now and it is not working. Could someone please help.

Like everything else in your computer, Bluetooth requires both hardware and software. A Bluetooth adapter supplies Bluetooth hardware. If your PC didn't come with the Bluetooth hardware installed, you can easily add it by purchasing a Bluetooth USB dongle. Choose Hardware and Sound, and then choose Device Manager.
I've been going through this game Happy glass and find that some levels can be very challenging. It took me a few days to get out of one specific level.

I use it mostly at my desk with a Win10 desktop PC while playing hill climb racing 2. Quality is good and it worked great.

I purchased one of these from Jaycar in sydney Australia. Driver CD NOT WORKING!!!!!! Are these things tested before sale? how hard could it be to make the driver available for download. I paid with real money, arent I entitled to a real working product?

The dongle sale by us must have a manual test before send to our client.
But we don't have a retailer named Jaycar in sydney Australia as far as we can.
If you have problem on using your dongle, we afraid you should to ask for a help to your retailer.

You know, BlueSoleil is pay for software, you can free download the software from our website, but you need to pay a dongle or a serial number to activate it from our website, or the software wll show evaluation type only 5M B can be transmitted, thank you for your understand.

hi moon, you face a problem with win 7. but it support win 7.
you have to go start menu and search services.msc.
then you have to open it and find bluetooth support service.
then click right button and click on start.
then you can be able to enjoy bluetooth service.

This entire system is a scam. I purchased a bluetooth dongle from a random electronics goods shop, and it was working fine in the beginning. After about a month it started disconnecting my mouse after about 20 seconds of boot up. Now I suddenly find out I have to pay unreasonable amounts of money just to use a bluetooth dongle I've alrewady paid for? There was no mention of any activation, serial codes, or additional purchase from the reseller, or the device box/leaflets.
This should be a violation of some customer service/trade legislation.

Hello,
I would like to request for my Bluetooth dongle driver for Windows XP. The files in the CD that came with the bluetooth dongle I bought has corrupted files. Or, could you tell me from which website can I download the driver?
Is it in www.Bluesoleil.com? which part? as I can't find it in this website..
