Hi. I bought this dongle from yourselves via Amazon. That was over a year ago and I was really happy with the dongle and services. The laptop was old and eventually packed up so I bought a new one. The dongle wouldn't. I managed to repair my old laptop and now I get a message telling me that I have to buy a download to activate and use the dongle??? Why??
