This software does seem a bit flaky. I think there should be a proper evaluation period, which would mean that the quality would have to improve if you want to maintain sales. I eventually managed to get my bluetooth headset to work with it, but although the audio works, my voice is horribly distorted and cannot be understood. You really do need to work on improving the core of this product.

My TDK BT Headphones have always been a bit of a problem on my PC and even after upgrading to Win7 I still had problems where the sound stopped and started all the time. Installing Broardcom drivers didn't work so back to my trusty old Bluesoleil 8 now was 6, and I can get perfect sound - Thanks Guys

Frankly, I don't know why I paid for this program. I purchased version 6, which was killing my wi-fi when it was on, now I downloaded version 8 and it sais there are no bluetooth devises on my computer.... Seems like this program never works and developers aren't even looking for new devises out there to add support for them

I Paid for Bluesoleil version 6 and upgraded to 7 and 8.. Worked well on my Sony Laptop. The Sony Laptop broke. I then installed on my new laptop but when I enter the activation key I get message that the seria number has reached the upper activation limitation.. Why can't I activate on my replaced new laptop?

I bought the BlueSoleil software and I was extremely unhappy to say the least. Not only did the software not run properly but customer service did nothing to resolve it. I am so unhappy about the customer service and their unwillingness to resolve the problem that I am going out of my way to see that no one else experience the problems I did. I would think that if a product didn’t work a company would be willing to correct the problem or at least offer a refund, but IVT Corporation did nothing of the sort. I will never purchase anything from IVT Corporation again and I hope no one else does either. If anyone chooses to purchase through IVT, I hope that they understand the risks involved and that they can’t expect any resolution from the customer service center.

I have used Bluesoleil 8 in Windows 7. it works fine. but when i tried the same in Windows XP, it could not connect to my dongle.
