Wy I can't activate (registred) BlueSoleil 8.0.370? What I must to do for activate it? Thanks.
The free "upgrade" from 6.x doesn't work. When I try to install the software, it uninstalls the registered copy, then proceeds to install the trial 8.x version, which works for a short time.
At least in my case reinstalling the old version after uninstalling this trial worked.
Chinese sales mentality, apparently.

I can't even get it to install. And old version fails to reinstall.

This bluetooth is very good working from my computer.
I have the SX-509i Bluetooth headset unfortunatly i had to re-format my computer but i seem to have misplaced my original installation CD how can i download the nessesary files to get my headset working again.

I bought the unit and registered it. It still does not work as it says I need to buy the licence. Never had this problem with other hardware before.

Do not install the updated software if you don't plan to buy it, because it will only cause you some trouble just like what happened to me. I bought this product and it comes with a software, the software version is 6.2.227.10. When I turned the bluetooth after the installation a prompt came up saying that there's a new version, so I clicked on it and ended on this page. The first paragraph of this page says "Good news: BlueSoleil 6 users have free access to the latest version. All you have to do is simply download and install the software accordingly." So I did but after the installation it says I need to buy it, and then on, my device won't pair anymore, it will turn off automatically. So I uninstalled the updated software and reinstalled the old version, that one that came with the package and still having the same issue, that I need to buy the software. So frustrating! Why would I need to buy the software where in the first place it comes with the product when I purchased it. I contacted Technical Support and they advised me to remove it from the registry, good thing I know a bit about it. I ran Autoruns from Sysinternals, remove anything that's something to do with the new software and reinstalled the old one, and now it's working back. What a rippoff! They try to trick you install the new software and then get your money. Not a happy camper!
I am not able to use by Blue Soleil 6.2.227.10 because it is not getting on. It is not able to search for other paired products.
What can be done now?
Why is myu Blue Soleil 6.2.227.10 not working? It is not getting on and searching provisions are all subdued so that the same coult not be used. Totally I am helpless. I tried my best to correct but all my efforts failed.
JUST Sucks,have the [paided for the}donngle,the old software wont run it anymore ,guess what- you have to "buy" the new software to get there donngle to work,what a rippoff,1 star rating is 1 star to many
