Hello

Recently I purchased a bluetooth usb dongle from store in Bangladesh which came with the blue soleil software setup disc, I ran it fine and activation no problem (didn't ask for a serial code as there was none in the box anyways & there was none in about window).

I had a pop up saying there's new software upgrade available and to follow the link from 6 to 8. So, I clicked on it and followed the instructions.... now it's saying it's expired and wants a serial code... how do I get this if your site states users of 6 can have a free upgrade to 8.

As you know, BlueSoleil is a pay-for software, and for thanks all of our customers, we promise all of yours who has the right copy of BlueSoleil v6 can free upgrade to v8.

but I'm sorry to say, as you didn't buy it from our website, i can't help you find your copy again, but I think you can ask for some help from the store where you get it, maybe he/she can send it to again,thanks.

I have your USB Device, But No Software, Only that, microsoft Provide me. Only for sending &  recive file, What should i do????

BTW, IVT BlueSoleil 2.6 was the history version about 7years ago, we don't provide any technical support yet. Hope you can understand.

 Hi.

I bought a Bluetooth headset BlueNext BN666 + a USB dongle. There was no installation CD whatsoever with none of them. Howvever, on the website of BlueNext they have a number of  "drivers" to download; all of them are the BlueSoleil application that need to be upgraded and paid but nor drivers properly. The dongle seems to be manufactured by you.

What shall I do?

The upgrade is a con. There is NO upgrade! After downloading the newer version of the software (version 8), you must uninstall your old software (version 6) before you can install the latest. That means that your details are uninstalled along with the old version and you will have to pay to activate your "updated" version. I purchased five of these BlueTooth dongles in good faith and now I have to advise my customers to go and rip off their own cracked version and damn BlueSoleil  and their money making scam to hell!

Normally don't need to serial number like your situation. You can download latest version8 on: http://www.bluesoleil.com/products/S0001201005190001.html and insert the bluetooth adapter. So it can be used. If you didn’t purchased it from us, you can ask your supplier clearly, make sure their products have our original license. I bought usb bluetooth device from a shop. It came with BlueSoleil version 6 CD. I installed software from CD. There is no serial number on about dialog box and it does not require activation. Now I want to install version 8 but it asks for serial number. Version 6 does not show any serial number which I could use for version 8. Kindly either provide me a serial number or let me know how to activate version 8.

I have bought this bluetooth on Frys Electronic, from vendor INLAND and the package and/or cd doesn't have any serial number, where can I find this number, Are you guys the one who send this serial number or INLAND?

Why do you make this so difficult, if everybody is buying your product, will be enough to put the individual serial number on every package you sell, that way will be easy for everybody in order to avoid miss understandings.

hi there, i`m from romania, and i bought a bluesoleil bluetooth usb device but i dont have cd with driver or bluesoleil.

please send me Bluesoleil latest version 8 with license because I bought the device and i dont have a soft for him. and i dont want  to buy the program ,because I already bought the device. thanx .  my email  :  tejapka@gmail.com

ps: I bought the usb device from a store , it was the last one, from the window and not have cd driver. if you want i make a picture with the device and case with all invoice and stuffs.

i have iust buy a buletooth device with bluesoleil 6.0 . when the software remainded me to renew the new version  i came here but i found that download the new version will cost point !!! why??!! i have already paid for it right?!! i have bought the device which have included the software!!! should not the update be free??!!!

Hi people at BLueSoleil.  I came to your web page because I purchased a BlueSoleil product over here in Panama, I purchased it at a Computer store, the name of the product is Bluetooth Micro USB Adapter, BTD211.  The problem is that I keep gething a message each time I boot up my computer (Dell XPS M1710 runing Win7 32 bit, IE9), the message requieres I enter a Product key or purchase the software... I went to the computer store and their solution was to uninstall the product to later reinstall it, which hasnt worked. 

I would really like to be able to use this product, please HELP!
