when I try to install 10.0.472.2 it only gives me the option to uninstall the program. Problem is I never installed it.

I bought Astrum BT Nano (mini Bluetooth usb dongle) today and saw that it has IVT 6.2.227.10 install files on a little mini CD, on installation i get error 183 and then it reverse installation, Please can you tel me what i should do, do i just download the latest IVT.6.2 on this site and re-install it, is there any additional cost involve do i have to buy it separately to run with my BT dongle.

please set up option do disable some shortcut key's and set up start stop shortcut to left alt+s to fix compatibility with polish programmers keyboard layout under windows
