I was disappointed in BlueSoleil, since version 8 does not support the new adapters , and version 10 is not working headphones and hands free, no support phonebook for simple mobile phones, and besides, after installing BlueSoleil tenth version , starts to slow down your Computer .Instead of having to correct these problems and improve the program BlueSoleil, the developers have gone the other way - stuffed it or who do not need medical softom.Vy there would have inserted a program for gardeners.Since BlueSoleil is getting worse and worse , went to the free, works perfectly - "Software and Driver Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 Versiya6.5 , 236.18M" from developer HP.If IVT BlueSoleil, make your program again Bluetooth great as before, with pleasure will install it again

I have tried to upgrade to free upgrade numerous times without success over the last 12 months. Each time I am left want me to insert a serial number. The serial number on my dongle box does not do a thing when I have tried to insert  on a few occasions I added. I have freshly reloaded from dongle disc and then upgrade with your latest 10.00?? without wanting serial number each time. Win 8 I use.

What am I doing wrong??

why are u messing up your image on the net


can u for God sake just send free serials to clients to use?

do u really know there are other millions of bluetooth dongle producers who do not attach serials to their dongles

and their dongles function?


I may have to purchase another dongle that does not require any funny serial and goodbye to your image

Bought BlueSoleil 8 a long time ago.

Then upgraded for free to BlueSoleil 10.0.417.0.

Updated my system to Windows 8.1 and BlueSoleil stopped working. Also, my system seemed to be slower than before.

I found out that the new version (10.0.472.2) is said to be compatible with Windows 8.1.

Uninstalled the old version (and my system returned to normal speed, so that it was!), installed the new one.

Cleared the activation record (not sure if I had to do that, 'coz the PC is unchanged, but I read somewhere on your site that's better to always clear the previous activation, before making a new one). First time I did that, an error occurred saying that there were no such a record. Second time did it correctly.

Activated the new version (the serial was already there, maybe because it hasn't been deleted by the uninstaller?).

Works like a charm!

Don't know why you guys have all those problems with installing :O

Just remember to clear your previous activation before activating again. If you've a BS8 serial it should work for BS10 too, just like in my case.

@rubbertail: if I manage to find my old BT keybd I'll make a try and see if your problem happens to me too ;)

I used BlueSoleil 5 before which was bundled with my Bluetooth 4.0 dongle. This was working - up to a point.

My most important use of the dongle is for using Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse. With BlueSoleil 5, I had the problem that after about 30 seconds of neither typing or moving the mouse, the connection got lost; I had to type for about 5 secs (and move the mouse likewise) to re-enable the connection. However, then all the keys I pressed in between turned up in one go, no matter where the cursor was situated. Pain in the a**.

After a few good reviews, I decided to spend 20 EUR on BlueSoleil 10 (the original dongle PLUS - BUGGY - software was about 9 EUR). Well, the original error seems to have vanished - keyboad and mouse stay connected. Or do they?

One bummer here was supplanted by another. Now, when the screensaver starts or I lock the computer, again the connection is lost - but it does NOT reconnect when typing or moving the mouse! I have to delete the connections of either and connect (pair) them all over again. EVERY TIME I LOCK THE COMPUTER! If it wasn't so serious, I would consider it as a joke... is there ANY way to get a working product for the simplest Bluetooth profile there is - HID? I simply cannot believe that in a version 10! which suggests a quite matured product such extreme errors still exist! Please urgently an update asap, else give me my money back - as you do not deliver what you are advertising!

when I try to install 10.0.472.2 it only gives me the option to uninstall the program. Problem is I never installed it.

uninstalling the previous version will install  the 10.0.472.2 but i dn't think you will get to use it.in my case its trial version have to pay more for activation and lost the bluesoleil 6

disappointed can't even update the product with the support it says its "BlueSoleil 6 and BlueSoleil 8 SN owners have FREE access to the latest version."but it dosen't install whats worse uninstalled version 6 and installed 10 but it says need to be activated what the f**k .they are making a monking out customers. never am i buying this company products now i can't use the darn bluetooth dongle. with paying money
