Hello, we purchased the SX-905 headsets and installed the driver on the computer. We have just registered and are trying to update from verion 6 to version 8 which is supposed to be free. However we keep getting disconnected after a 2mb limit, from the BlueSoleil and it is asking us for a serial number and $25.00? Why is it asking us to pay?
