Hello BlueSoleil developers,

I try to upgrade my BlueSoleil 8 to BlueSoleil 9 and 10, but in both versions(9 and 10) I HAVE PROBLEMS TO USE MY BLUETOOTH HEADSET AS HEADSET, the stereo audio works fine, BUT WHEN I TRY TO USE AS HEADSET THE  SOUND IS DISTORDED AND INAUDIBLE, LISTEN ONLY NOISE,  but in the version 8 works fine, so the problem is not in my bluetooth adapter. THE PROBLEM IS IN THE BlueSoleil 9 and BlueSoleil 10.

I saw here in the comments that several people are having the same problem, and one of the answers  www.bluesoleil.com/products/reviewlist-S0001201005190001-1.html (in this page 6 coments below) to the user named Alex, the BlueSoleil support said that the user should change the dongle. I think this answer is absurd, after all,  you guys, are software developers or want to sell attached hardware ?

If BlueSoleil will not work without the adapters sold by you , so make it clear in the specification of the product and not mislead users.
I hope that the 9 and 10 version is revised to solve this problem with hedaset. Because if I wanted software that would present these  problems I downloaded a crack version , and would not have purchased the software that I bought.

I purchased BlueSoleil and i want a response about this problem

Will someone at BlueSoleil, answer and give us a solution or suggestion ?

 I have the exact same problem. Upgrade and paid, now just noise on headset mode.

Please present a solution!
