BlueSoleil 10 doesn't work with Wiimote. It asks for a passkey and Wiimote doesn't need passkey.

BlueSoleil 8 worked properly. The problem is that I am using Windows 8 and I need BlueSoleil 10. I paid for it and now I can't use it.

I sent a support request some days ago but they haven't answer me =(

Thanks for the suggestion, however, I would like the company to offer the solution for the simple fact that they not only sell the product, but also said 2 weeks ago that they would have provided an actual update.

I have a wiimote also, and i install this product yesterday, it works well with wiimote, maybe you guys can downlaod it again and reinstall it.

this is the most terrible company I have ever met, I bought the bluesoleil 6.4 two years agao, and in the past I just upgraded once to bluesoleil 8.x, due to sometimes, when I get an incoming call from SKYPE, bluesoleil can not switch the talking from SKYPE to my earphone instantly, I missed several calls. so I did not use bluesoleil almost a year. yesterday, I tried to use it again. but 8.x did not work, I uninstall 8.X and download 10.x,unfortunately, the 10.x can not be well installed, so I sent an email to support at bluesoleil.com. no any reply to me. today I called to bluesoleil Beijing office. the little girl ask me to check their Chinese page to add a QQ for get related service, I did it. to add the person, but I have sent several message to him, just have no any reply. and I call their technical support line, just noone to pick up the phone call. I called to Beijing office, the Lady said, they are not the technical support department. now I am wonder, who I should contact with to solve my problem.

very terrible company, product is so so ,but service is too bad.
