This is the worst company where support is concerned. I bought the BlueSoleil dongle ivt6 at a computer shop in Cape Town. I did not get a seriel key with the product now I cannot upgrade the softwhere plus I get a error 183 message when trying to install the disk and nowhere on the site is there any information on solving this problem.  Can anybody help me please?

Actually it didn't. I thought the software would recognize my serial number automatically like it's supposed to but it didn't.

what's more, We promised all of our users can upgrade freely from version6 to version8/10 and from version5 to version7/9. The upgrade policy as follows:

1. If you bought a serial number or a dongle from our website at the outset, now you can have free access to the latest version, you just need to do is simply download and install the software accordingly, activate it with your SN or dongle;

2. If you bought a dongle with a BlueSoleil6 software CD from one retailer, you should ask your retailer if the dongle including the license for activating version first, if yes, you just need to insert your dongle, BlueSoleil  will be activated.
