Hi, thank you for choosing BlueSoleil, BlueSoleil 8 is compatible with Windows 8. There are 4 possibilities for your reference if you can't start it:
1.You didn't insert a Bluetooth Adapter; please make sure you are using a dongle or CF card.

2.Your dongle was not inserted properly, please un-plug it and then re-plug it to have a try.

3.BlueSoleil was not installed properly. Please make sure that you didn't install the driver from Microsoft and reinstall BlueSoleil.

4.Your OS doesn’t recognize your Bluetooth Adapter, neither does BlueSoleil. You can change another adapter and retry to make your PC recognize it first.
