idiot they just keep saying the same thing..about  3 month they cant even settle my problem..i already purchase bluesolil 8..and now i wanted to upgrade to the new version but after download the new version i cant install it..and make sure you guys dont ask the stupid question again im getting sick of it just check through my account..

i already try very thing..and you are saying the same old thing.can you guys do some record  for customer so that you guys dont repeat the whole thing again and agian..i just  need a refund and purchase it again..very simply instruction and you still dont understand.
