I've used Bluesoleil for about three years now on my Fujitsu laptop with no problems here in the US (Texas to be exact).  I started with version 6, then moved on to version 7, now I'm ready for version 8.  Originally I had Windows XP installed, then I upgraded to Vista a couple of years ago.  There was a problem during the transition, but I emailed the bluesoleil guys and they helped me out.  Since then, it has been working flawlessly.  I mainly use the software to connect to my handsfree headset and to transfer files (pictures and videos) from my cellphone to my computer and vice-versa.

I feel bad that you guys have had problems using the software but, honestly, I can't complain.  It has been pretty maintenance free for me for many years.  I don't even think about it anymore....it just works.  Plain and simple.

Ms. Shu:  Tell your engineers to keep up the great work.  At least for me, the hardware and software are working perfectly.
