 Hi ,

I purcahses a bluetooth dongle  with the following setup details. I upgraded to BS 8. 0 version from version 6.0 as you 

can see below. 

 

Please send me a  serial number for version 8.0 ASAP.

I have been trying to activate this for long and I should have had this free as per you site.  

This sort of service does not inspire confidence n BS.

This is NOT acceptable.

I bought my dongle and version 6.0 software in a CD  from Amazon and I did not get a serial number. I am not sure if there is a serial number somewhere in the (mini) CD that accompanied the dongle. You are responsible for the quality of all of your products.  The product description clearly stated that the dongle would work for Windows 7.0 , well it does not. Everytime I try to install it it gives me installation error 183 and rolls back installation. Even installing the X6.4 patch that accompanies the CD does not help. The readme 

text file is in Chinese!

Version 8.0 works with Windows 7.0 but it will not allow me to pair devices b/c it is evaluation version.

I am just asking you to stick to your promise of providing a customer with a dongle that works for windows 7. Please provide me with 

a serial number or let me know how to install your software version 6.0 for Windows 7.0 Professional w/o the 183 error.

Dear BUBLA, you will receive a serial number to activate your software after you purchasing successfully on our website.

We also promised all of our users can upgrade freely from version6 to version8. The upgrade policy as follows:

1.If you bought a serial number or a dongle from our website at the outset,  you can have free access to the latest version, you just need to do is simply download and install the software accordingly, activate it with your SN or dongle;
2.If you bought a dongle with a BlueSoleil6 software CD from one retailer, you should ask your retailer if the dongle including the license for activating version8 first, if yes, you just need to insert your dongle, BlueSoleil8 will be activated.
