what if you purchased your product before windows 7,you would not ask about upgrades when you buy off the shelves you expect the company to keep you up to date!!!!!!!.i am a bit anoyed that i will have room full of your dongles

Dear lukie, you know, BlueSleil is a pay-for software, you will receive a serial number or a dongle to activate it after you purchasing successfully on our own websire.
We are a software corporation, everybody can free download BlueSoleil software and sale with their dongles after carved into a CD. We never send a CD of BlueSoleil to our users, so you should contact your retailer. Please ask them if their dongles including the license for activating BlueSoleil first, if yes, you just need to insert your dongle, BlueSoleil will be activated. Thanks

hi,thank you for the fast response, ipurchase my dongles at Tesco stores UK.
the problem is my hardware is not recognised, but when i go ti install the software disc it has your name on it.
