I have a receipt from you all saying I've paid for the software.  I have a serial number for the software.  It keeps taking me back to purchase it again.  I really think I should only have to pay for it once in order to download it.  Can someone please help me?

Hi, if you have paid for your software, please tell us your login E-mail address or Order id, we'll manually resend your serial number next week. You can send your E-mail address and Order id to our mailbox: support@bluesoleil.com if it is inconvenient to expose it here on the website. Sorry for the inconvenience. Regards.
