Dear RodolfoAlv3s, please click this URL: http://www.bluesoleil.com/member/ClearActivatedRecord.aspx   and follow the directions.  You have to loginin to see the contents.  You can try to activate your software again after clearing your activation record.  Would you please describe your second question in details send Email to support@bluesoleil.com ?
