SoApparently this IS NOT A FREE UPGRADE AND I THINK AFTER CAREFULLY READING AND RE-READING YOUR CRAP INSTRUCTION...I FINALLY UNDERSTAND THAT NO MATTER WHAT YOU WANT $19.99?!?!? YOU CALL THAT A FREE UPGRADE?!?! I PURCHASED A DOGLE FROM A RETAILER...ALREADY PAID FOR IT...NOW I INSTALLED AND IT WAS WORKING FINE BUT KEPT POPPING UP THAT "THE NEWEST FREE UPGRADE WAS AVALIABLE" i SPENT MY WHOLE LABOR DAY WEEKEND INSTALLING AND UNINSTALLING THIS .. I AM SO UPSET, I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN LIVING ON A BUDGET AND I THINK THESE KIND'S OF UNDERHANDED PRACTICES ARE JUST SO FRUSTRATING ... IF YOU JUST SELL A LIGITIMATE PRODUCT, AND DO THE RIGHT THING YOU HAVE A GOOD BUSNISS.... I THINK I'M GONNA SPEND MY TIME LOOKING AT A MORE HONEST COMPANY... AND RELIABLE PRODUCT...

BlueSoleil_Support replied at 2012-09-05 03:00:19: Dear JAN, if you bought a serial number or a dongle from our website at the outset, you can have free access to the latest version, you just need to do is simply download and install the software accordingly, activate it with your SN or dongle; if you bought a dongle with a BlueSoleil6 software CD from one retailer, you should ask your retailer if the dongle including the license for activating version8 first, if yes, you just need to insert your dongle, BlueSoleil8 will be activated.
