i had purchased dongle from retailer, i havn't got any serial no. or a disk and when plugged in, it doesn't work at all but when i used disk came with other headset and microphone device it worked till installation but when upgraded to 8 Version it is not working at all, it isn't getting switched on. Please reply soon.

Dear ravan, please confirm that your dongle is contact fine with USB interface firstly. If it doesn't work, you can operate according to the following steps:

Right click my computer --> manage --> device manager, find the Bluetooth icon, Right click it --> update driver, select the below options every steps until finish. It will be fine. Thank you & Regards

Yup, everything is fine except, i receive pop-ups on my screen about activation.

Hi, My BlueSoleil Dongle with 6.2 version  was installed successfully and had also installed version 8 successfully but doesn't have Activation serial No..... at present running on Evolution mode.
