 I purchased this product on July 20th, the order history shows "paid". 

Till today (July 24th) there was no serial number to be found anywhere. 

And the serial number retrieval tool claims the order number is not correct, even though it is copy-pasted from the website. 

 

I also wrote two inquiries which were unanswered so far. 

 

The product seems to do what is advertised  --  but it only works for some seconds untill the serial numer warning appears. 

This is really annoying. 

EDIT: Now I got my serial number. Product does what I expected, and functions properly on my Dell E6220 with a HS3000 headset.

Dear all, sorry to tell you that there is something wrong with our system on July 20th, so you didn't receive your serial number. We'll generate SN manually and send to you today. Thank you for your patience!
