 Based upon my experience so far, I will be returning the product I purchased from an Australian re-branded Retailer (Dick Smith Electronics) and searching out a different manufacturer; the fact that your support told someone to "maybe you can exchange another dongle have a try" and that nowhere is there somewhere for me to prove my purchase of your now useless product (to me at least) so that I could get a registration key; leaves me cold on your product;
