In early 2011 I purchased a Bluetooth dongle from a computer dealer which also came with a CD for installing Blue Soleil onto my computer.  (BlueSoleil_2.7.0.35_VoIP_Release_080319).  All has worked successfully since that time.

Now I had to reimage my hard drive (Windows 7 Home Premium, SP1).  When I reloaded the Bluesoleil software from the CD, it installed without any complaint and began working right away.  But very soon thereafter it stopped transferring data and popped up a window:

You may be a victim of unauthorized duplicates. The issue is normally caused by the illegal duplication of Bluetooth Device Address and license key, this copy of BlueSoleil is therefore not eligible to receive the full range of upgrades and product support. It is running in evaluation mode now and only 5MB data can be transferred.

I have tried several re-installs but can not seem to get back to my original authorized state.  I accessed the URL specified: (http://www.bluesoleil.com/support/Intro.aspx?topic=Unlicensed)but I did not find a means for correcting the problem with version 2.7.  Everything seemed to say I must purchase a new license.

Perhaps you could educate me as to how I can correct my situation.

Dear LindsayCLV, you know, we have upgraded our software to Bluesoleil8.0.395.0 already.

Bluesoleil version2.7 is our history version, as it's too old, we don't provide any technical support.

That is to say, we won't investigate any problems of it. Sorry for your situation, hope you understand.
