i had version 6.2.227.10 bluetooth bt before some days i installed version 8.0.390.0 bt it,s not working properly it,s need serial number how can i get serial number for version 8.0.390.0

If you bought a dongle from our website, you just need to insert your dongle and start the software, it will be activated, just like activating version6;

If you bought a dongle from other place, you should ask your supplier clear if the dongle support to activate our new software firstly. Because some dongles don't have the original license that to activate our new software. Hope you understand. Thanks
