i purchase blue toothdoggle and when ever i install bluetooth soleil CD its asking for upgrade the service or activate the version. but i dont get any activation code with the product. now i am unble to use the products now its about to throw the product to trash....

Dear, sorry for your situation, we promise all of our users who has the right copy of BlueSoleil v6 can free upgrade to v8 and BlueSoleil v5 can free upgrade to v7. But i don't know which version you are using now and where the dongle you bought? Also i need some information about your dongle.
