I am running a Gateway laptop system. I have XP pro installed and running very stable. The Bluetooth USB option that I purchased and used v6 of this software wouldnt work. I then uninstalled v6 and updated to v8 as per instructions on this site. The software won't even initiate ("turning bluetooth on"), it just hangs the system. In both installations of the software one from the disk which came with the USB bluetooth dongle and the download version the install gets hung for way too long to justify the normal installation process. I have spent many years working on data centers, building servers, installings systems, and teaching others to do so; this software is buggy and the hardware?, well I am not certain since there are so many issues.

Thank you for a good try, but I am returning the product and trying again with another vendor. I hope this assists in getting the kinks worked out. It looked like a good product when I compared with the others.
