I have a wireless Logitech mouse and receiver on my Windows 7 64bit PC, would I be able to use it as a receiver for BT devices? Or should I buy a dongle?

It's specifically meant for Logitech's proprietary wireless Retro Bowl technology. If you want to connect Bluetooth devices to your PC, you'll need a Bluetooth dongle. These dongles are relatively inexpensive and can be easily plugged into a USB port on your computer to enable Bluetooth connectivity.
