I have a wireless Logitech mouse and receiver on my Windows 7 64bit PC, would I be able to use it as a receiver for BT devices? Or should I buy a dongle?

Your Logitech wireless mouse receiver is not designed to work with Bluetooth devices. It's specifically meant for Logitech's proprietary wireless Retro Bowl technology. If you want to connect Bluetooth devices to your PC, you'll need a Bluetooth dongle. These dongles are relatively inexpensive and can be easily plugged into a USB port on your computer to enable Bluetooth connectivity.
