 I had to reinstall everything on my computer after a crash and I never had to do anything with my Bluetooth software.  Now it says it's just a demo copy.  It is BlueSoleil version 6.4.314.3.  Do I have to purchase something now?  I recently bought a Motorola wireless headset and it was working when I installed the Bluetooth and now, just 15 mintues later, it says I have exceeded the allowed MB and need to purchase.  HELP!

I uninstalled 6.  Downloaded 8.  Deactivated and then used the SN you gave me and it STILL DOESN'T WORK and has screwed up my court reporting Bluetooth. 

So I need this to work by tomorrow by noon and I need a REFUND of what I paid for 8.  Thank you.

So I had to reinstall again today because there was no other way to get my bluetooth to work.  I guess I had upgraded to 8 the last time I had to install and today I PAID for 8.  What do I do?  Why is your site so difficult to understand?

You don’t need to purchase anything. Just upgrade the BlueSoleil version 6.4.314.3 to version 8 free of charge. You can send email to support@BlueSoleil.com if there are some questions.
