It is waste of my money. I've tried to install it on Windows 7 64bit. It works in the first place but when I'm unplugging my bluetooth dongle or connection is lost with the device for some reason, the program does not allow me to reconnect to the device. I keep getting error messages.

I've also had trouble reconnecting to Bluetooth devices with this program on Windows 7 64bit. A couple of things that have worked for me are restarting the program and updating my Bluetooth drivers. If you're still having trouble, you may want to see why it's worth trying stateofwriting.com contact the program's developer for support.

In this instance we need a further full test for your issue, please tell us the model and manufacture of your mouse, and your OS? Are you using Ver.8? We would like to suggest that connect only one device or use only one service each time to make it work better……

I'm pairing my bluetooth mouse and Nokia 5800 phone. It is pairing and getting the services in the first time of connection. But after a restart or cancelling the connection (pairing with the device) Bluesoleil does not let me reconnect to my devices. I'm trying to "Connect Bluetooth Human Interface Device" for the mouse or want to use cPhone Tool (yeah I bought that too) but all I can get is an "Error trying to connect" message time after time. Even I restart my computer nothing changes.

Also if I try to Delete my device from the right click menu, there is no action. I'm unpairing and trying to pair it again but "Error bla bla" as always. When I'm unplugging the dongle and re-plug it and trying to "Turn Bluetooth On" I get an error message most of the time. If I can turn it on, connections get error again...

I've uninstalled and re-installed the program for 3 times. It is working right after the installation but never again...

So is there a solution for me?

To be honest, we understand that user may get anxious the first time they facing trouble, but as you come to us for help, we have foucus more on how this creat? Please tell us how did you operate that step by step? on which step it pop up error messages? Send them to us? A point i want to stress: Unplug the dongle, the bluetooth would turn off.
