Sorry I signed up for "free" download of upgrade.  Worth every penny.  Thankfully I paid no money.  I just read these posts from your "satisfied" customers.  Why is everyone I have to deal with online only, with no telephone number, a bunch of crooks?  You can take your "free" software and shove it.
