Refunds Policy


     

We hope you are completely satisfied with everything you purchase from our website.

You may return new, unopened products within 7 days and a full refund will be back to you. You may return the defective products within 30 days and a replacement will be provided to you or a full refund will be back to you. We will be liable for the delivery cost if the return is due to our fault. Please keep the receipt and tracking number of your order, which will be needed as proof in the event of return.

Software
Within 30 days from download of software from our website, if the software does not substantially perform in accordance with the specification, you may return the software and get a full refund or get the replacement from us, at your option.

After 30 days but during the warranty period, if the software does not substantially perform in accordance with the specification, we will provide you with the replacement or refund you, at our option.

Hardware
Within 7 days from the date you receive the hardware, you may return new, unopened hardware on an unconditional basis and get refund. 4% of hardware price will be charged as processing fee. You will be liable for the delivery cost of an unconditional return.

Within 30 days from the date you receive the hardware, you may return the defective hardware and get a full refund, or get the replacement from us, at your option. We will be liable for the delivery cost occurring in the course of return of defective hardware or delivery of replacement.

After 30 days but during the warranty period, if you find the defect of hardware, we will repair the hardware for you. If the repair is impossible, we will send you replacement or refund you, at our option. We will be liable for the delivery cost occurring in the course of return of defective hardware or delivery of replacement.

In the event of refund, please contact us directly at store@bluesoleil.com , other than the card issue bank, worldpay or paypal who will not be responsible for refund.
