I got error 1935. i have windows 7 64bit
Bluesoleil wont install on my computer it says error 1935. i tried disabling everything but still problem. i have windows 7 64bit.

BIG PROBLEM HERE !!! I downloaded and installed v8 over ver 6 now it wants the setial no. that i dont have cos I didnt get one... My v6 is completely legal - I still have proof of purchase, but now I cant use my Bluetooth !!! CAN BLUESOLEIL PLS FIX THIS !!!

Well Bluesoleil--- I now went to a different supplier in SA -- COMPUTER MATRIX WAREHOUSE -- Even bigger retailer than Computer Connection.... I purchased 2 Bluetooth Dongles from them and again have the receipts to prove this -- consists of Bluesoleil2.6.0.8 Release 070517 -- are these legal or not ?? and if not, how can YOU prove it ??
My original question you have still not answered--- I installed ver 8 as an upgrade offered by you and I am limited to a 2MB transfer of data after upgrading - my copy of ver 6 IS VERY LEGAL AND NOT PIRATED but ver 8 uninstalled it so what now????

Yeah this is crap... My Dell laptop came installed with BlueSoleil and I ended up having to reinstall Windows and lost the software. I am not too keen on the idea of having to pay to get my machine restored. Seriously though, I hope someone develops a open source bluetooth stack, or microsoft levels the playing field...

hello ppz hows it going. Am using an old version (1.6.2) on my old computer. the cd software will not install on my laptop, (windows 7) the cd is quit scratched. Is there anything i do to get full use of my bluetooth dongle without having to pay money. CAN ANYONE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
what points are you talking about just make your products functional with your patches which are rightfully for your customers why make them buy more products before giving them downloads? thanks....
BlueSoleil: can not start usb Bluetooth device after windows re-installation.
windows 7 Ultimate 64 fresh installation (with installed current updates) - USB device B- speech data stream : USB\VID_0A12&PID_0001&REV_4839 Adres 00000001 Drvier key {9b21fd3a-b1ab-4eb9-956f-e56acfe78bce} Hardware address : (00:15:83:32:93:1B) Connector ID {bce876be-0b60-11e0-87cf-00221515f84f} - BlueSoleil 8.0.338.0 installed (I am BlueSoleil 6 user,) - USb device is installed on BlueSolei drivers. This USB device was working correctly on BlueSoleil 6x and old windows 7 64 Ultimate installation. Problem details: After windows full re- installation and using BlueSoleil 8.0.338.0 there is problem: BlueSoleil is not able lunch USB device. Before BlueSoleil installation USB BT device was working correctly on Windows generic drivers ( I was able to connect BT headset). What I have done to solve this (using admin account and switch off anty virus software) : - I have changed usb port and check device and other computer (it is working on standard Windows interface, same way like on my computer), - I have reinstalled BlueSoleil several times , - I have tried to install BlueSoleil 6.x , - I have tried to change USB drives to windows generic (and windows interface appears and it start to work, but BlueSoleil is not able to connect), - I have tried to set manually drives to BlueSoleil's ones from version 6 and 8, - I have used BlueSoleil compatibility check tool to check it is is able to find my device (status device is supported by BlueSoleil), But it did not help. I have gray BlueSoleil icon with options: my BT devices (i have tried to set USB) and lunch BT which after lunching is showing status (lunching BT device and it disappears after while without any results).
what is going on?I have a bluetooh of bluesoleil product. I have bought since ver.4 but i lost my driver cause i must reinstall my windows. now i found updated software but its the demo!!!

if you have purchased ver.6 or ver.5 you could upgrade to ver.7 or ver.8 only for free.
I am using ver 6 it is very very super to transfer the file and share the datas.
How can I reinstall...My computer was wiped clean by a Virus; now i need to reinstall

uinstall the old version from the control panel first, then reinstall the latest version.
