Do I send it in a mail to you or should I expose it here on the web?

I have managed to install the Dongle software in a Windows XP x32 bit and there it shows up the vendor part as being: 00:19:86 and the software supplied on the CD for the product is IVT BlueSoleil version 6.2.227.10 (C) 2007 and a reference to http://www.bluesoleil.com.

Please advise on how to proceed in order to get acces to a version 6 or version 8 able to install into Windows 7 x64 bit.

Hi, would you please tell me where you got the BlueSoleil version6? Our BlueSoleil6 which are downloaded from our website can install on Windows7  64bit platform fine.
You know, we are a software company, everybody can free download BlueSoleil software and sale with their hardware (dongle) after carved into a CD. We never send a CD of BlueSoleil to our users. So you should contact your retailer firstly.
Please right click the Bluetooth icon in your system tray --> My Equipment Attribute --> Hardware, send the device address to us. We’ll confirm that if the dongle is ours and if you are a genuine user of version6. Thank you

i had purchased dongle from retailer, i havn't got any serial no. or a disk and when plugged in, it doesn't work at all but when i used disk came with other headset and microphone device it worked till installation but when upgraded to 8 Version it is not working at all, it isn't getting switched on. Please reply soon.

Dear ravan, please confirm that your dongle is contact fine with USB interface firstly. If it doesn't work, you can operate according to the following steps:

Right click my computer --> manage --> device manager, find the Bluetooth icon, Right click it --> update driver, select the below options every steps until finish. It will be fine. Thank you & Regards

Good Day,

I purchased the IVT bluetooth Dongle Oct 2010 with Bluesoleil 5.0.5.178 software, and installed on core i7 with Win7 Home Premium 64bit, it worked fine with A4TECH blue tooth mouse, but could not connect any Nokia or LG phone unless disconnecting the mouse then connecting the phone then reconnect ingthe mouse again.

I have been advised by IVT Support to update to version 7, I did that, Ifound the update more advanced than ver 5, the above problem solved (both mouse and mobile can connect) but now I have the following problems that made me uninstall ver 7 and reinstall ver 5 :

1- When I close the Laptop lid (Sleep) and open again the mouse will not connect and I have to unplug the mouse, search for services again and reconnect.

2- Ver 7.0.348.1 is unstable, since it allowed me to connect the mobile only at the first time (send / recieve / connect file transfer) but could not repeat this successful first attempt

Kindly advice what to do?

Note: In my Bluetooth mouse A4TECH manual, they said that thier mouse can work with 4 major Bluetooth software (1-Microsoft, 2- Toshiba Stack, 3- Broadcomm, and 4- IVT Bluesoleil )    So you have to keep this good reputation and position at top Major 4 Bluetoothe Software vendors

I'm trying out the evaluation version of the Bluetooth stack. I want to buy the software, but so far I am unable to connect my device. Please help.

Problem: the device only has one service - HID keyboard, so your software requires a passkey (same as Microsoft BT stack). But the device looks like this, it's a media remote. Is there a way to skip the passcode verification? I can connect the remote to Android no problem.

i have BlueSoleil 6. Can you help me how can I have free access to BlueSoleil 8.I have downloaded and installed BlueSoleil 8 which removed previous blueSoleil 6 version but the newer version does not work and ask for registeration serial key.

I also use BlueSoleil 6, if I have any problems, I immediately write to the support. In general, I am very pleased with this set of protocols for various Bluetooth devices. I work as a developer on an educational site for students  and use this program every day!

 I have a Sound problem with my Plantronics Legend and BlueSoleil 10 Try-Version.

I paired them already and connected the Advanced Audio and Headset driver with BlueSoleil Software.

I changed the Input Output sound settings in Windows sound mixer.

The problem is, the sound get to the Headset but its very distorts, very buggy, i cant understand or hear anything.

Is there a good reason for that? Maybe cuz its the free Version of BS?

I tried on Laptop and PC :(

 

Please help me....

I have the same problem.

 

My dongle and headphones have been working wonderfull for the last five years with versión 8 of Bluesoleil. (CSR Bluetooth device and Bluetooth SCO audio)

 

As a Bluesoleil 8 license ownwer, I have upgraded to Bluesoleil Versión 10. The registration key worked perfectly and I ran the new versión without a problem.

 

Now my device driver is "BlueSoleil Generic Bluetooth Driver" and for the audio device "Bluetooth Audio".

 

The sound is very distorted and buggy so I can´t use my headphones anymore.

 

I tried to downgrade again to BS 8, but now the computer says my registration key is no longer valid.

 

Any solution?

 I used both v8.6 and this so called window 8 capatable driver v10.0.417.0 in my Win 8 computor. The sound from my connected headsets are much distorted. How could a new brougt Bluetooth dongle perfromed so poor? Please help.

I even cannot read the manual in program, all of then displayed ??, ????, ??????, ??????????????????

I have a bluetooth 4.0
and lost my installer disc bluesoleil.
was something version 8.
I downloaded the version 10 and heard distorted like version 8.

 The Problem was fixed by using BlueSoleil version 8 bcuz in v.8 is the old Bluetooth SCO Audio driver which do not causes problems in headset mode.

I hope there will be a fix for the driver in version 10 soon.
