On your email receipt should be a link to BlueSoleil_v.8 [works with win7]. When you download the software- save it to desktop, then install- then file it in your documents. You will need to keep it if you install it this way. Also, if you ever have trouble, you can easily re-install it from your files.

To make sure to get the download for free, just make sure to create a BlueSoleil profile, "My BlueSoleil". You use the email and password you used for the dongle purchase.

When I made my purchase [same dongle] I used the download here link. I still use BlueSoleil_v.6 [I run it in compatability mode for Vista SP2].
