Can someome please give me some Technicial Support with my BlueSoliel Product?

I am having this problem below and I cannot install 8.0.370.0 after I have purchased it:

I double click on the Icon to run the Setup, but nothing happens. Its shows me the directory of where its installing and when I click on okay, nothing happens. The installation panel disappears and I wait a few minutes, but BlueSoleil is not installed on my computer at all. This is the newest version 8.0.370.0, which has three folders in them X86, Packet, and AMD64, I run the setup.exe just outside of all the folders, but just like I mentioned above nothing happens.

I have restarted my computer and logged off several times, but nothing has happened as well.

I am able to run the installation inside x86, but get a error message when its installing bluetooth network adapter "Error 5 Occured during installation. Please try running Setup Again."

I am using Windows 7 on a 64-Bit System
