I have downloaded a evaluation version of bluesolei ce 2.0. But when I open the .exe file, it always shows the error message: Loadlibrary IVT_CTPDialer.dll Failed! But where is the IVT_CTPDialer.dll? I can't find it . Does anyone meet the problem?
