Why there are no support for Nokia N9 and Nokia N900? "~Function not success~" Support scan tool crashes when trying send device info to bluesoleil. Otherwise it is a very nice and simple user interface.

over the years i bought 3 BT Sticks with original IVT Software.

Now, since several weeks, i get a warning about illegal software and the transfer rate ist restricted to 5 mb.

Thats is not OK - off course i use the 3 Sticks on 3 different computers and interchange the sticks for some reasons between them.
But, at least: i bought 3 Original Sticks and Software, and hitting me with infos about illegal copies is illegal (IMHO)

Please correct this.

 Sorry for late answer - now (after a system crash) i am using Vista64 and has no software any longer.
the little CD's don't bring me forward...

 I have a Sound problem with my Plantronics Legend and BlueSoleil 10 Try-Version.

I paired them already and connected the Advanced Audio and Headset driver with BlueSoleil Software.

I changed the Input Output sound settings in Windows sound mixer.

The problem is, the sound get to the Headset but its very distorts, very buggy, i cant understand or hear anything.

Is there a good reason for that? Maybe cuz its the free Version of BS?

I tried on Laptop and PC :(


Please help me....

 I used both v8.6 and this so called window 8 capatable driver v10.0.417.0 in my Win 8 computor. The sound from my connected headsets are much distorted. How could a new brougt Bluetooth dongle perfromed so poor? Please help.

I even cannot read the manual in program, all of then displayed ??, ????, ??????, ??????????????????

the sound is distorted,
I have a bluetooth 4.0
and lost my installer disc bluesoleil.
was something version 8.
I downloaded the version 10 and heard distorted like version 8.

 The Problem was fixed by using BlueSoleil version 8 bcuz in v.8 is the old Bluetooth SCO Audio driver which do not causes problems in headset mode.

I hope there will be a fix for the driver in version 10 soon.

I also got the problem - downloaded Bluesoleil 10 - installed for my Win7 x64 like in Version 8 - the Drivers were successfully installed...

Then, when i tried to establish connections with my headset it worked without any problem. even after shutting off the 'silence mode'
So my headset was correctly installed and connected, as I could hear establishing the connection to Bluesoleil via BT -
But finally in use, it was simply impossible to hear anything, or say anything - the sound was just like a slow white noise-
dots of loud pieces, interrupted with silence. - sounds like GRR_GR_GRRRGRRGRR_GR _GRGR ....GRRRGRRGRR etc.

I thaught first, it was my dongle- then it was my fault- and then, it was a Skype problem-
but it wasn't any of them - it's the NEW Blusoleil 10 - THANK YOU - as I thaught maybe there was some data loss during download, I downloaded it FOUR times. That cost me 2 Accumulate points each dowload - so 8 points - I want them back!
Inform your customers via elail, when you have fixed the problem of your "great new software" - which is not working.

 I actually had issues with BlueSoleil 8.0.395.0 and that's why i posted this question.

In a google search i came across that  BlueSoleil works best for Windows 7 (64 bit) - it works great untill now.

Is  BlueSoleil pallning to release a patch for this bug with  BlueSoleil 8.0.395.0 on Windows 7 (64Bit) and also i found that with this version it disables the Bluetooth Support Service automatically even if you manually start it after a restart it disables it,but this is not happening in BlueSoleil

Please look into this issue.

I recently upgraded from Windows 7 (32bit) to Windows 7 SP1 (64 bit) and after i found that "Bluetooth Advanced Audio" is not available in service any more. :(

I use bluetooth headset to connect to my pc to watch movies, it worked flawlessly in Windows 7 (32bit) but not in Windows (64 Bit) and no longer avalable as bluetooth service.

Is that a product limitation or do you have any known solution for the same.

Any directions is appreciated.

you say that it is very simple to ugprage, just download and install, but thats a false statement ! i went back to bs 6 , because my bs6 serial doesnt work on bs 10 !!!

Most of what they say is false, their idea of free is not the same as mine, ie free no fee,

the updates stopmost of my equipment working

older versions are better
