I paired HID bluetooth keyboard and successfuly paired but could not type words.(windows xp service pack 3)

Please give me your advise.

We have owned the above unit {Donngle}for a year or so now vista wont run the software for it ,the ver 8[software] is limiting to 2meg down loads off the mobil ph,is this how you are trying to extort more $'s from your buying public ?
